Meet Our Principals
Cambridge Management is a family-owned and operated firm, led by founder Jim Farese and his two children, who serve in key leadership roles. This hands-on, family-driven structure has been instrumental to our long-term success and sets us apart from traditional property management companies. It also contributes to our low staff turnover and high level of internal continuity.
The second generation of the Farese family is actively involved in all aspects of the company’s operations, each bringing specialized expertise that enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of our services. Their leadership ensures that Cambridge remains responsive, accountable, and deeply invested in the communities we manage.
Mr. Farese takes great pride in the continued growth of Cambridge Management and in having his family play a central role in preserving its values and legacy.
